Hi,
 this two database Amazon DynamoDB, MongoDB can use any one for developing ERP in .net .
 is any open sources database like this one available ?

Hello,
The databases you mentioned are document databases (schema free) and not relational.
In case you wish to use relational dbs such as Microsoft SQL Server or IBM DB2, the Express or Community versions are available, with some restrictions, for free.
You can even use it for production purpose, if the restrictions are acceptable to you.
For example Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Express, db size limit is 10GB.
