Max worker thread and Connection Pool

Dear All
 
I want to ask what should be the maximum connection pool.
If I look into my server max worker thread count is 1400 and in the connection pool, I have set Max connection pool to 2000. Do both terms relate to each other?
 
Nowadays I am running with Low worker thread problem on one of my servers.
