sir whenever send mail the sender name is overrid ??

sir when send mail..the sender name is dispaly in mailbox but whenever i send second mail with different name the mail send by the first name..i post my code..


for example i send mail with the name DARSHAN JOSHI..
second mail send by the name DIPAK JOSHI..


but in the mail box the display that DARSHAN JOSHI(2) MAIL..
instead of dipak joshi..
