i want to create PAN card print application

hello i want to display PAN card design page and only name, address ,date of birth these variable choose from excel and automatic after choos set on page and also create Pan card size page for print..please help me how i can do??? thank you This below image pls seee this type of card generator i want to build .

In which technology you want build this application? You can design a database to store those values which you termed as parameters and keep images of the PAN card in a folder and save the name of the file in the database. Then upon request you can show the images in a crystal report (if .Net) or so for printing or even you can send print command for those images directly from the code. In case more inputs required, please let me know.

i am using .net c# language @amit sir:- in report viewer only display database records can i show my above design data on report. please tell me.
